Was trying to do a ring around tonight and see if any of the old gang were local, as you do. It turns out that most are away or just not answering their phones and story of the night is the message I left on my friend's family phone, 'Hi it's Beth Atkinson here, was wondering if ... was home, if so can they call me on ... then, out comes the hiccup to end all hiccups, and for my recovery, a giggled 'sorry about the hiccup.' Points there. I mean, If his parents don't think I'm drunk he's never going to let me live it down anyway... But hindsight show's its entertainment value so I thought I'd share the laughs...

Charlies Angels - Full Throttle
A surprising 8/10 for this one. Some great actions scenes, some funny lines, some heartwarming sisterhood and some unexpected twists... or not, but more mature than the first in a positive movie sort of way. And to those who didn't catch the TV1 Charlies Angels Marathon... Kelly, the Angel who has a brief cameo appearance, is an Original Angel!!! Most impressive!!! I'd skip no. 1 and go no 2 all the way guys!

And so it is that we have a new blogging system, but the post it's are down. Just like everything else in life, fixing what's ok but leaving that which needs fixing. Like our local council workers, always pulling down trees only to plant new ones in the same spot. Boredom. What's blogger's excuse?

That done with, what's my excuse? Where have I been? Indeed, I have been holed up in my house, seeing only a select few, reading a lot and making my mum very happy by cooking most of the meals. It's ok, life resumes again as of tomorrow, or rather, I will stop avoiding it as of tomorrow...

However I did read a good book... Good old Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix. Now, points to JK, she's keeping me hooked, but has anyone else noticed that the books are getting less child friendly, darker, and most recently, more political. Not to mention the fact the laughs are being competed with by tears... Yes, there was one page... I'm almost beginning to think that the series will not have the end I hope for...

I finished Exams... Do da, do da!!! Oh dee do da day!!! Ah, the finality... I have a day of work on Monday then nothing for 4 weeks. Hmmmm... sleep, movies, spa, reading, drinking, life... Ah...... Sooo looking forward to it!

And so the College 'Wig Off' Commences! Just when you thought 80's prom was bad, or that all John XXIII does is drink and play sport, the guys rise to the challenge and surprise again! The guys have now begun wearing wigs all day everyday... The challenge is the last one to be caught without their wig! Oh yeah barrel of laughs. Dinner last night was kick off and I had forgotten... Nothing wakes you up from a dull shift more than looking up and realising a group of about 30 wigs just walked in the door. Bad long hair female looking ones, funky fro's, Glitter and Glam, Mohawk... You name we have it! Could be an entertaining few weeks...
And I know I said that was it til after exams, but I'm a net addict what can I say?
